Se requiere de un servicio de teleasistencia domiciliaria residencial, mediante el uso de tecnologías de telecomunicación, orientado a personas mayores de 80 años o más, residentes en la comuna de Providencia, que se encuentren en situación de vulnerabilidad social, riesgo, dependencia, aislamiento y/o soledad, con el propósito de brindar acompañamiento permanente, monitoreo preventivo y atención oportuna ante emergencias y contingencias, mediante apoyo remoto especializado, contribuyendo a mejorar su seguridad, autonomía y calidad de vida. Considerando la implementación de un piloto inicial para 80 personas mayores, para evaluar la efectividad y pertinencia del servicio.
