Tender summary

On behalf of the City of Atlanta, the Department of Aviation (DOA) and the Department of Public Works (DPW) seek a qualified contractor to provide specialized mowing, vegetation control, and clearing services at designated City-owned properties. These services must include the mowing of heavy brush and saplings on steep slopes; removal of vegetative and land debris (via mechanical clearing or herbicidal application); fence line clearing; and sediment removal from culverts and ponds, as required by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). All services must be performed in a manner that ensures positive drainage and allows for the free flow of water consistent with the natural topography of air and landside areas, sediment ponds, and landfill slopes. All Bids or Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of Atlanta¿s Supplier Portal (https://www.atlsuppliers.com/).
