The City of Fort Myers, Florida (“City”), is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive drug and alcohol testing services in accordance with the Florida Drug-Free Workplace Act, Section 440.102, Florida Statutes, and all other applicable federal and state regulations, including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations under 49 CFR Part 40 for safety-sensitive positions.
