The survey’s objective is to develop a detailed as-built digital record and a Level of Development (LOD) 400 Revit model to support future retrofit, building improvements, and digital asset management. Deliverables will include high-definition laser scanning, UAV rooftop and contextual captures, underground utility mapping, and comprehensive 2D and 3D documentation suitable for conservation and planning requirements. This survey will ultimately provide a foundational digital twin enabling ongoing preservation, maintenance, and development of the campus while respecting its historical significance and continuous daily use.
