Tender summary
The Customer seeks to procure subscription-based access to a quality-assured, multi-source reconciled dataset of Australian utility-scale renewable energy projects, delivered through a web-based platform interface and RESTful application programming interface, with supporting spatial and analytical capabilities. The software must provide access to current, accurate, and reconciled project-level data on Australian utility-scale renewable energy generation, storage, and hybrid projects, drawn from multiple independent upstream sources. This information must facilitate use by non-specialist policy and analytical staff to search, filter, visualise, and analyse the data through an accessible web interface; in addition to programmatic access supporting automated integration into the Customer's internal data pipeline, analytical products, and business intelligence tools. Spatial and geographic information system capabilities are required to support the overlay of Customer-produced and government-published spatial datasets, including infrastructure, regulatory, and environmental layers. Australian-based data hosting and information security arrangements are required to be consistent with the Protective Security Policy Framework, the Australian Government Hosting Certification Framework, and the Australian Government Information Security Manual.
