This RFI is designed to gather information to assist the Commonwealth in effectively analyzing the cost, procedures, and challenges for the implementation of a new Enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) for its twelve facilities operated by DBHDS, in support of a potential Request for Proposal (RFP).
