Tender summary
PURPOSE: The Region OneEducation Service Center is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders to provide goods and services for PK-12 schools in the Region One ESC area forapproximately 400, 000 students and over 600 campuses and other eligibleentities within the Region One ESC service area. The Region One EducationService Center is seeking Cybersecurity, Hardware, Software, and Data AnalyticsTechnology Systems related goods and services to meet the needs of itsmembers. This includes, but not limited to: Microsoft LicensingSolution, AdobeLicensing Solution, Voiceover IP (VoIP) and Unified Communications Solution, Technology Hardware, Other TechnologyEquipment, F.Business Intelligence and Data Visualization Platform, G.WorkManagement and Workflow Automation Platform,Managed Detection and ResponseMonitoring, Email Protection, EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), Penetration Testing,Professional Training for Certifications, Cyber Security Awareness Training, SecurityInformation and Event Management (SIEM), Password Vaults, Network Performance and ConfigurationBackup, CloudBased web filtering,Data Warehouse, Analytics, and Reporting, Mobility &Geospatial Analytics Services (Similar to DatienceIQ, ForeCast5 or similar), LaborMarket Analytics & Workforce Intelligence Solution, Business ProcessAutomation and Digital Forms Solution goods and services. Item descriptions,specifications and/or technical requirements are provided for items and anopportunity for Vendors to provide a price list or other items not specified inthe items tab. Region One ESC and its members are required to conduct a cost or price analysis for the procurement of goods and/or services not listed in the items tab, and within the scope of services offered with thisbid solicitation. Region OneESC anticipates more than one successfulbidder to this RFP to meet the needs of its members.
