In order to meet emergency requirements during disasters, the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to establish a three (3) year Agency Specific contract to provide waste collection/disposal services in each of the 100 counties and the Territory of the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians. These services will be provided on an as needed basis.
