Tender summary

The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the defence sector predictable access to printing services with sufficient capacity and quality within a broad spectrum of printing articles. The framework agreement shall cover the sector's ongoing need for production of, among other things, magazines, Brochures, books, magazines, envelopes, calendars, reports, beach flags, roll-ups, photo prints, placards, envelopes, business cards, certificates, certificates, trade fair walls, stickers, sales assignments, prospects, foliation and banners, and facilitate efficient call-offs, security of deliveries and safeguarding information security requirements when processing graded and screened information. The framework agreement shall also cover assistance with simple graphical services such as design, layout and original preparation, as well as production consultancy for the printing process. The tenderer shall assist with storage services, packing printed matter, distributing and assembling printed matter. The contract can also apply for distribution abroad.
