Une note de présentation et un programme de l'opération sont joints au dossier de consultation. L'appel à candidature est ouvert à toute équipe présentant les compétences suivantes : suivantes : - Architecte (mandataire) - BET Fluides énergie / thermie certifié RGE - BET Amiante - Economiste de la construction - OPC Il sera attribué un marché à prix global et forfaitaire révisables confié à une entreprise unique ou à un groupement (cf. art. 2.6 du RC).
