Tender summary
The Work includes the CONTRACTOR furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary for the construction of the Orange Drive Roadway Improvement Project, generally located on Orange Drive, between Davie Road and SW 59th Avenue, within the Town of Davie. Work shall include, but not limited to, general demolition, site preparation, roadway widening, drainage collection and conveyance systems, and landscape enhancements. Work also includes asphalt removal, asphalt milling, asphalt leveling and finish courses (general roadway construction), concrete walks, brick pavers, curbs, landscaping, swales, drainage structures, storm sewer improvements, pavement markings and signage, site restoration, and associated appurtenances required for the fulfillment of the Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents. The estimated budget for this project is $ 2,200,000. In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference. The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.
