Tender summary
This intake seeks to initiate a competitive Invitation to Bid (ITB) to procure Tree Maintenance Services. In accordance with the attached specifications, it is the intent of Pinellas County to establish a contract with qualified vendors to provide Tree Maintenance Services , including services for stormwater facilities, outparcels, and other designated County-owned or managed properties listed in Tree Location and Information attachment. Properties may include administrative buildings, parks, vacant lots, rights-of-way, landscaped medians, stormwater facilities, outparcels, environmentally sensitive areas and other sites throughout Pinellas County. The locations are managed by the Pinellas County Construction and Property Management (CPM) Department. The purpose of this contract is to support Pinellas County’s mission by maintaining the highest quality of tree care, service, and responsiveness for its citizens. The Contractor shall ensure that all assigned properties are kept safe condition year-round, thereby enhancing the overall appearance of public spaces, protecting the County’s investment and promoting the safe and enjoyable use of County facilities.
