Introduction The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through its programme interventions in Rwanda, intends to support the operationalization of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centre located in Kayonza District. In this regard, UNDP is launching this tender for the UNDP places strong emphasis on value for money, sustainability, and quality.
