Summary
The proposed project, hereinafter referred to as the “Project” consists of a qualified firm to furnish, deliver, install, and complete a new modular medical clinic building approximately 3,100–3,500 square feet in size at the Mossy Head area site. Contract Time: The contract duration is Contract Duration in Days days to substantial completion with an additional Number of Days until Punch List Completion days for punch list completion.
