Tender summary
The work described herein is for parks, playgrounds and other city owned property grounds maintenance to include both the turf mowing and turf maintenance as well as maintenance of all landscape beds. Maintenance location details are located on the Bid Proposal in OpenGov. All work detailed shall be performed by the Awardee or subcontractor using only material and workmanship of the best quality as directed by the Parks and Recreation Department representative. The work to be done consists of the Awardee furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment and materials, and other means of maintenance necessary or proper for performing and completing the work. The Awardee shall perform and complete the work in the manner most consistent with the safety of life and property and to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department representative, and in strict accordance with the specifications of this Award. The Awardee shall clean up the work area and maintain it during the actual maintenance of the site and shall do all work and pay all costs incidental thereto. The Awardee shall repair or restore, at his/her cost, all structures, property, including plant material or fixture(s) that may be damaged or disturbed during performance of the work.
