Tender summary
This improvement will repair and rehabilitate various city owned or maintained parking lots and off-road multi-use trails throughout the City of Naperville. Work included in this contract includes crack filling, pavement patching, milling, resurfacing, seal coating, application of a specialized pavement sealant, pavement striping, concrete curb and gutter, flatwork, and sidewalk work. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for restoring all areas to the satisfaction of the Engineer including landscaping with topsoil, seed, and sod. A location map for each area is included in these project specifications. Project exhibits show limits and treatments of each location.
