Que, el Hospital de Santa Cruz, en su calidad de establecimiento público de mediana complejidad, mantiene la necesidad permanente de garantizar la continuidad operativa, la seguridad clínica y la oportunidad en la atención de salud. Lo anterior exige la reposición, adquisición y normalización de equipamiento médico crítico destinado a las distintas unidades clínicas y de apoyo diagnóstico. En este contexto, resulta imprescindible reemplazar aquellos equipos que han cumplido su vida útil, presentan fallas reiteradas o se encuentran inoperativos, a fin de evitar interrupciones en la prestación de servicios y resguardar la seguridad de los pacientes.
