La Corporación Cultural Municipal de la comuna de Chillán, requiere un software de gestión administrativa especializado en Contabilidad Gubernamental aplicable a las Corporaciones Municipales, el cual permita procesar y emitir información presupuestaria contable bajo las Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad del Sector Público – NICSP – impartidas por la Contraloría General de la República Dictamen N°E424725 de 2023. El software debe permitir Contabilidad y Presupuestos Gubernamentales alineado con las Resolución N°3, de 2020, que aprueba normativa el sistema de contabilidad general de la nación para el sector municipal; y los instructivos N°E57996032024 del 13122024 y N°E424725 de 2023, todos de la Contraloría General de la República CGR. La Corporación Cultural Municipal de Chillán, en adelante “LA CORPORACIÓN”, mediante las presentes bases llama a licitación pública para la contratación del “SERVICIO DE PROVISIÓN SOFTWARE DE CONTABILIDAD GUBERNAMENTAL PARA LA CORPORACIÓN CULTURAL MUNICIP
