The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (“TxDMV”), for and on behalf of its Finance and Operations Division, is soliciting Responses from real estate brokerage firms to provide commercial real estate broker representation services to assist TxDMV with leasing and acquiring commercial real estate statewide, for use by TxDMV as Regional Service Centers (“RSC(s)”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation. In its Response, Respondent must identify, which of the 18 TxDMV Regional Service Center areas, it offers to provide the Services required under this Solicitation.
