Minor Construction, Installations, Repairs, and Alterations B. Emergency Repair and General Maintenance Services C. Minor Renovations and Rehabilitation D. Site Work, Grading, Excavation, and Site Improvements E. Sidewalk, Concrete, Asphalt Patching, and Small Slab/Pad Installation F. Minor Demolition, Debris Removal, and Site Restoration G. Interior and Exterior Surface Preparation and Finishes H. Fence Installation and Repairs I. Stormwater Systems (Ponds, Pipes, and Ditches) J. Utility Systems (Potable Water, Sanitary Sewer, Sanitary Force Main, and Reclaim) K. Flooring Installation and Repairs L. Ceiling Tile Replacement and Repairs M. Framing, Light Carpentry, and Drywall Installation, Repair, and Finishing N. Cabinet and countertop installation O. Door and hardware installation or replacement
