The Taupō Police Base Mechanical HVAC Replacement Project involves the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing mechanical services systems serving the building. The project will implement the preferred concept design option which replaces the existing heating and cooling systems with new air source heat pump chillers and associated distribution infrastructure. The successful respondent will be engaged as the main contractor and will be responsible for coordinating all subcontractors and delivering the mechanical upgrade works in accordance with the issued design documentation.
