The Opportunity On behalf of Masterton District Council (the principal), Respondents are invited for the renewal of the existing water main on Derby Street and Millard Avenue in Masterton District Council’s (MDC), Contract No 15-25/26 in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT). What We Need We are seeking an experienced supplier with a proven track record in delivering water-main renewal projects. What’s Important to Us? We are seeking suppliers who can demonstrate strong Relevant Experience and a proven Track Record in delivering similar projects to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Consistent quality, timely delivery, and achieving Value for Money are essential requirements for this engagement. MDC engaged CF Projects to design the new water main on Derby St and Millard Avenue in Masterton. The water main renewal forms part of MDC’s Asset Management Plan, which aims to deliver timely water asset renewals to ensure safe and reliable water services delivery to MDC’s users. Construction will start in June 2026.
