La presente adquisición tiene por objetivo la contratación del “servicio de telefonía fija de voz” para la Ilustre Municipalidad de La Serena por un periodo de 36 meses. El objetivo de la adquisición del servicio es satisfacer la necesidad de comunicación expedita mediante telefonía fija entre las diversas dependencias del Municipio con otros organismos públicos, privados y con la Comunidad. Es fundamental para la continuidad de servicio y para esta administración, que los servicios estén operativos (incluida la portabilidad si fuese el caso) para el siguiente día al término del contrato y licitación que actualmente cuenta la Municipalidad y sus modificaciones.
