El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo principal la remodelación y rehabilitación integral del laboratorio de computación existente. La intervención busca recuperar las condiciones de seguridad y habitabilidad del recinto mediante el retiro de elementos deteriorados cielo y tabiquería y la reparación estructural de muros afectados por actividad sísmica. Asimismo, se contempla la modernización de las terminaciones a través de la reposición de cielo falso, pintura interior, cambio de puerta de acceso, instalación de persianas y el mejoramiento de la eficiencia lumínica del espacio.
