Tender summary
La regularización contempla la renovación de la red de gas natural del inmueble, para lo cual se requiere la elaboración de un proyecto con certificación SEC y la provisión e instalación de reguladores de presión, nichos de medidor, tuberías exteriores, tuberías interiores, válvulas, fitting, ductos, soportes y pintura para la normalización de la red, con el propósito de reponer el servicio que actualmente se encuentra cortado. Por último, se deberán considerar todas las obras civiles necesarias para habilitar según la normativa vigente, la sala de calderas y la cocina del Casino.
