The Guiyang Infrastructure Construction & Investment Group Co., Ltd. now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for: The name of the RFB is: World Bank Loan Guiyang Green City Development Project Construction of Jinzhu North Interchange Bridge and Relevant Connecting Roads (Sub-item 1.3: Improvement of Urban Road Network) Bid No.: 0701-264513017Q51 Contract content: Construction of the Jinzhu North Interchange and connecting roads, including a highway interchange and toll station, with a connecting line length of 0.3km. The design speed of the ramp is 40km/h, with one-way lanes having a subgrade width of 9m and two-way lanes having a subgrade width of 16.5m. The design speed of the connecting line is 40km/h, with two-way four lanes and a subgrade width of 20m, with sidewalks on both sides, as well as related ancillary works. Construction period: 18 months Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (dated September 2023) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 60% and for Bid cost: 40% .
