HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for a blanket contract for a company with full access to the Schneider Electric TAC Vista Energy Management System, which is integrated with the Phoenix Controls negative air system. Services shall include system services and repairs, labor, materials, transportation, tools, and equipment on an “as needed, on call” basis.
