Tender summary
The City of Atlanta will shortly undergo a competitive solicitation for SCADA Improvements at the Hemphill Water Treatment Plant. This project will support the modernization and reliability of process control, monitoring, and automation functions essential to plant operations. The City is seeking qualified firms with demonstrated experience in SCADA system upgrades, integration with existing water treatment processes, and implementation of new control system components. The City¿s expectation is that the selected contractor(s) will provide timely, coordinated, and high-quality SCADA integration services that ensure uninterrupted plant operations during installation, testing, and transition activities. Vendors capable of delivering dependable technical expertise, maintaining adequate staffing, and supporting both planned and operationally sensitive work are encouraged to participate. A Pre¿Solicitation Conference will be noticed and then held to provide additional information about the upcoming solicitation, clarify the anticipated scope, and address vendor questions.
