Comprende la ejecución de los servicios definidos en las Especificaciones Técnicas de la presente Licitación y según las partidas señaladas, cuya finalidad consiste en la adquisición de productos que contribuyan un soporte económico en el cuidado personal de hombres, mujeres, niños, personas adultas, dependencia severa y/o movilidad reducida en fase temporal y/o permanente, esto para contribuir a la dignificación y asistencia social para los usuarios en situación de necesidad manifiesta, en virtud a lo señalado en el punto tres de las especificaciones técnicas.
