Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will provide technical support and development services for the Better Work STAR system. Responsibilities include participating in system development and bug fixing, ensuring code quality, and addressing IT-related issues raised through support channels. The consultant will also provide IT infrastructure support by troubleshooting software issues, performing system upgrades, and implementing disaster recovery plans. Specific deliverables include maintaining the STAR web and database applications (ASP.NET), responding to technical and operational queries, and supporting infrastructure and network configurations such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing. The consultant will ensure system security through regular updates and monitoring of security dashboards and logs. Additional tasks may be assigned based on the evolving IT needs of the programme, with clear documentation and coordination maintained throughout.
