Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια πετρελαίου κίνησης (ντίζελ) για τα οχήματα και μηχανήματα του Δήμου Κηφισιάς. Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε είκοσι τέσσερις (24) μήνες από την υπογραφή της ή μέχρι εξαντλήσεως του συμβατικού αντικειμένου. Η προμήθεια είναι πολυετής και η συνολική δαπάνη προϋπολογίζεται ενδεικτικά στο συνολικό ποσό του ενός εκατομμυρίου εννιακοσίων ενενήντα οχτώ χιλιάδων οχτακοσίων τριάντα εφτά ευρώ κι ενενήντα ενός λεπτών (1.998.837,91 €) (συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 24% και δικαιώματος προαίρεσης εφ΄ όσον ενεργοποιηθεί).
