1. Purpose The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the of the City Park parking lot expansion. 2. Background To furnish, install and provide all labor and materials required for the construction of approximately 103,900 SF concrete parking, 18,400 SF of concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, site lighting, earthwork, landscaping/irrigation, erosion control, and other items, as more fully described in the Construction Plans and Project Specifications. 3. Project Firm and Plans The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. 5301 Southwest Parkway Building 2, Suite 100 Austin, Texas 78746.
