Dear Sir/Madam, The International Labour Office (hereinafter referred to as the "ILO") is pleased to invite your company to submit a proposal to Supply & Installation of 20 kW On Grid Hybrid Solar System for TDM Production House under the ISEC Project in Cox's Bazar. Your organization may submit a proposal provided it is qualified, capable, and willing to deliver the goods specified in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). Submission of a proposal will be considered as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO contracts.
