Tender summary
Dear Bidder, The ILO seeks an external collaborator to deliver the Training of Trainers (ToT) on the ILO “Work Wise Youth” training material adapted to the Albanian legal and institutional context. Tasks include the preparation and delivery of a Training of Trainers (ToT) on Work Wise Youth, to be completed by 30 July 2026. In the preparation phase, the consultant will review the Albanian-adapted Work Wise Youth methodology and assess participant profiles and their training needs based on their Expressions of Interest. Based on this analysis, a complete ToT package will be developed, including a detailed session plan, PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guidance, exercises, and participant materials tailored to the national context. The full training design package will then be submitted to ILO for review and approval. In the delivery phase, the consultant will facilitate a three-day ToT workshop focused on rights at work and facilitation techniques, using participatory and experiential learning methods such as group work, case studies, role-plays, and micro-teaching with structured feedback. Pre- and post-training assessments will be conducted to measure learning outcomes and participants’ readiness to independently deliver the training. The training package will be finalized in a user-friendly format for cascade use, followed by a debrief session to consolidate learning. Finally, a comprehensive report will be submitted, covering the delivery process, participant performance and readiness, key lessons learned, and recommendations for future implementation. If you are interested, please express your interest and follow the instructions provided to consult the detailed Terms of Reference and other relevant information on the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
