The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Bennettsville, South Carolina intends to issue solicitation 15B31726Q00000015 for the requirements of QUARTERLY Milk. Quotes will be due May 22, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The Government reserves the right to make payment using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Each vendor is required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); information can be obtained at www.sam.gov. Each offeror is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
