Camp Maxey Roof Replacement

Per TGC 2269 and 437.054, the Texas Military Department is seeking bids for the replacement of Camp Maxey Bldg. 1 Roof. This building is located at 6351 US 271 N, Powderly, TX 75473. The facility roof is over 30 years old and well past its Lifecycle. This project will remove and replace the surface layers of the asphalt roof and lightweight insulated concrete, repair the decking, and replace the gravel surfacing. The Contractor shall supply all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work under the contract. Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 6351 US 271 N, Powderly, TX 75473 BLDG. 1 at 8:00 AMCST or 1:00 PM CST, Monday, June 1 st , 2026. Failure to attend one (1) of the two (2) site visits will result in disqualification of the response . There will be no technical questions answered at this conference.
