Tender summary

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §50¿5¿50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers to provide a comprehensive upgrade of the lighting and lighting control system serving the Moot Courtroom/Auditorium (Room 041, 230 seats) and associated lower¿level spaces within the College of Law facility for the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on behalf of Georgia State University (hereinafter referred to as the State Entity). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Removal and proper disposal of existing luminaires One¿for¿one replacement with new, energy¿efficient LED lighting fixtures Installation of a new dimming and lighting control system utilizing existing electrical circuits Configuration of multiple lighting control zones Full integration of the lighting system with the facility¿s existing audiovisual (AV) control system All work will be performed at the Georgia State University College of Law, located on the downtown Atlanta campus.
