Introduction Call for Proposals for the Innovation Challenge Development of a Citizen Engagement, Feedback, and Public Project Monitoring Digital Platform for Lesotho Innovation Challenge to design and develop a secure, inclusive digital platform for citizen engagement and feedback. The initiative aims to strengthen participatory governance, transparency, accountability, and government responsiveness by enabling continuous, technology‑enabled engagement between citizens and public institutions. Objective of the Challenge: The objective of the Innovation Challenge is to strengthen participatory governance, transparency, and accountability in Lesotho by developing a secure, inclusive, and technology-enabled digital platform that institutionalises continuous citizen engagement. The platform will enable citizens to actively participate in policy, legal, and development processes; provide structured feedback; monitor public projects; and support government responsiveness through data‑driven insights and visible feedback loops. .
