La solution combinée actuellement utilisée pour la gestion des journaux (journaux opérationnels) et le SIEM (journaux liés à la sécurité) arrivera en fin de vie (EOL) vers la fin du premier trimestre 2027 et doit donc être remplacée en temps utile. Une décision stratégique a été prise de séparer les domaines SIEM et gestion des journaux sur les plans organisationnel et technique. C'est pourquoi deux solutions feront l'objet d'appels d'offres distincts. Le présent appel d'offres porte sur la gestion des journaux (journaux opérationnels), à l'exclusion des journaux liés à la sécurité. Aucune fonctionnalité SIEM n'est requise.
