HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for respiratory pathogen panels and library prep and enrichment kit providing both pathogen identification and associated AMR information. Texas is expanding wastewater surveillance across the state and are working on more ways to identify pathogens in preparation for outbreak responses. This panel will allow us to identify multiple respiratory viruses including SARSCoV-2, flu, RSV , and others from one sample.
