A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. located at the Cherokee Run Golf Course Clubhouse, located at 1595 Centennial Olympic Parkway, Conyers, GA 30012. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid no later than Thursday, May 21, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. EST. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Prior to contract execution, a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract will be required from the awarded bidder.
