Tender summary
Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Annual Giving Operations & Campaign Implementation Services to Georgia Southern University a Unit of the University System of Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. This RFP will be awarded to one supplier that is able to agree to the requirements addressed in this bid. The contract start date would be once contracts are fully signed and executed and end date will be when project is completed. We are looking at a timeline of 12 months start to finish. The attached scope of work advises what we are needing the awarded supplier to provide. The resulting contract will be avaliable for use by other State of Georgia College Institutions, Colleges, or other Georgia State Agencies upon approval of the awarded Supplier, the University System of Georgia, and the Department of Administrative Services.
