Las presentes bases tienen por objetivo determinar y definir las condiciones generales que se deberán tener presente en la licitación para la “PASAJES SOCIALES Y DE ADULTO MAYOR IDA Y REGRESO CALDERA – COPIAPO – CALDERA PARA USUARIOS DE LA SECCION DE ASISTENCIALIDAD 2026”, para la Ilustre Municipalidad de Caldera. La presente licitación, y los derechos y obligaciones de las partes se regularán por las presentes bases administrativas, las bases técnicas, las aclaraciones y la respectiva oferta. Supletoriamente se aplicará la Ley de Compras Públicas N°19.886 y sus posteriores modificaciones y modernizaciones con su respectivo Reglamento APRUEBA LLAMADO A LICITACION PÚBLICA, BASES ADMINISTRATIVAS Y BASES TÉCNICAS PARA LA “PASAJES SOCIALES Y DE ADULTO MAYOR IDA Y REGRESO CALDERA – COPIAPO – CALDERA PARA USUARIOS DE LA SECCION DE ASISTENCIALIDAD 2026”.
