Summary
THE UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for the provision of a New Innovation Platform for UNICEF Fundraising Innovation (LONG TERM ARRANGEMENT FOR SERVICES). The current UNICEF innovation platform (UNICORN) is scheduled to expire in late 2026. The expiration of the existing contract presents a strategic opportunity for UNICEF to refresh and future-proof its innovation infrastructure, ensuring alignment with current and next-generation capabilities while maintaining UNICEF’s leadership role in innovation across the humanitarian and development sector. The new platform will serve approximately 5,000 users, from across UNICEF's geographical footprint, at go-live (with growth potential) and must integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce CRM, to minimise friction and maximise adoption. It will enable UNICEF to capture, evaluate, and scale ideas; run internal and externally facing innovation challenges; surface permission-aware, trusted answers from UNICEF's knowledge base; route questions to the most relevant internal experts; and provide advanced analytics and ROI tracking to guide resources toward the highest-value initiatives. UNICEF is seeking a qualified service provider to sign a non-exclusive Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) to provide a New Innovation Platform for UNICEF Fundraising Innovation. The LTA shall be valid for an initial period of up to three (3) years, with the possibility of up to two (2) extensions of twenty-four (24) months each, at the sole discretion of UNICEF and subject to satisfactory performance and UNICEF's needs.
