El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación del servicio de reparaciones extrajudiciales y de la ejecución de medidas judiciales no privativas de libertad, que corresponden a la AGENCIA DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID PARA LA REEDUCACIÓN Y REINSERCIÓN DEL MENOR INFRACTOR y destinada a la atención de los menores/jóvenes a los que los jueces de menores hayan acordado medidas judiciales no privativas de libertad consistentes en libertad vigilada, prestaciones en beneficio de la comunicación y realización de tareas socioeducativas; así como las reparaciones extrajudiciales, previstas en la Ley Orgánica 5/2000, de 12 de enero, Reguladora de la Responsabilidad Penal de los Menores.
