Tender summary
NESCO Iraq is seeking a qualified national or international not-for-profit organization to act as an Implementation Partner under the Improving Access to Inclusive Quality Education in Southern Iraq Programme, funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). The selected partner will implement Output 2 of the programme in Basra Governorate, covering two components: (1) design and delivery of community awareness and enrolment promotion campaigns targeting out-of-school children (OOSC) and their families, and (2) distribution of school kits to 4,000 enrolled and re-enrolled OOSC. Activities will be implemented between 1 July and 1 December 2026 in close coordination with UNESCO, relevant Directorates of Education, and local communities.
