Tender summary

The commodities or contractual services listed in Attachment A of this Notice of Intent (NOI) is available only from a sole source and may be exempted from competitive solicitation requirements, as stated in the Sanford Airport Authority Procurement Policy adopted September 13, 2022. Unless a notice to the contrary with sufficient information is received from companies by the date indicated that can provide the same products, the Sanford Airport Authority shall proceed with the purchase of listed commodities or services on the basis that they are sole source to the provider listed and are exempted as defined by the Sanford Airport Authority Procurement Policy. ALTERNATE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses to this Intent to Sole Source must be sent directly to Roberta Stanton, Director of Procurement, @ procurement@osaa.net by the due date and time indicated in this notice.
