The selected Consultant(s) will assist the County in the ongoing CFD administration, including annexation procedures, special tax calculations, and compliance monitoring. Services will also include support for the annexation proceedings and related CFD activities, in accordance with applicable provisions of the California Government Code, including but not limited to Sections 50075 et seq., 50075.3, 53343.1, and 12463.2. This RFQ is issued in accordance with applicable public procurement laws and is intended to identify qualified firms with demonstrated expertise in special tax consulting, public finance administration, and levy management.
