The purpose of this bid is to solicit qualified licensed general contractors to submit bids for construction of the City of Stuart Pavement Maintenance Zone-3 Asphalt Mill/Overlay and Point Repairs project. The project consists of asphalt milling, asphalt overlaying, and required striping of various roadways located within the City of Stuart as well as, constructing point repairs within the Zone-3.
