Tender summary
Project Scope and Overview The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the full replacement of the existing gravel-surfaced built-up roof system at the Lone Star College CyFair Arts Center. The project addresses an unserviceable roof system due to age and deterioration, including complete removal down to the lightweight insulating concrete (LWIC) deck, repair of the existing substrate, and installation of a new watertight modified bitumen roofing system. Work also includes coordination, permitting, inspections, and final closeout documentation.
